What started life as a clean, straightforward Vienna Lager, brewed with Closet Brewing, has been transformed over a period of three years through barrel ageing with our house culture.

The bready, malted biscuit aroma remains but a subtle funk melds with light caramel and nuanced floral, spicy hop character. The hop bitterness is refreshing on the palate with fruity Brett adding complex layers on top of the toasty malt, integrated oak character and restrained acidity. The finish brings woody tannins, a satisfying structure and crisp, clean, moreish dryness. Prost!
