Skill, excellence and simplicity. Qualities we strive for at both Skof and Balance and which brought us together to create this collaborative blend. We chose barrel numbers 16, 40 and 52, combining to equal 108, filled in 2023 and 2024 to create a harmonious, nuanced beer.

On the nose, this beer brings honey and peach blossom. Floral, fruity acidity leads on the palate with funky complexity following. Barrel tannins bring body and structure as well as soft, woody vanilla notes before a smooth, satisfying finish.
