The fifth iteration of our house saison. A blend of barrel aged beer fermented with saison yeast, lactobacillus, pediococcus and brettanomyces. Dry hopped with UK Chinook and Goldings.

Spicy, earthy gingerbread from the Goldings really underpins the juicy grapefruit and pineapple character of UK Chinook. Fresh pine melds with the funk which we think is really starting to develop in our barrels.
