Ripple 2025 is a blend of barrel beer with an average age of 18 months, aged for seven months on carbonically macerated British raspberries.

Capturing the fruit just at its peak and blending it with a complex blend of complementary barrel beer, there's a real depth to this beer. Tart juiciness and aromatic raspberry jam notes meld beautifully with the layered funk and tannic, vanilla barrel character bringing structure and length to the zippy finish.
