Inspired by the methods of producing creme de noyaux and in keeping with our ethos of utilising a product as far as is possible, we aged beer from a single barrel, filled in March 2022, on apricot stones.

This beer begins delicate and subtle, yet the deeper you dive the more complex it becomes. Layers of floral sweetness, almond and poached pear, with funky depth bolstering everything and bringing earthy tones to the woody, tannic and vinous finish.
