Jam is a blend of two barrels from March and July 2022, fermented with Saison yeast, lactobacillus and Brettanomyces and aged for four months on carbonically macerated British damsons.

Bright, refreshing cranberry like acidity leads into jammy hedgerow berries. There’s texture and a great body to this beer with a lot of tannin from fruit and wood. The funk is subtle while the beer is still young and marzipan, ripe plum and vanilla character fill the palate. The finish lingers with damson skin and satisfying woody notes.

A Place Without Paths - 4%

This beer is a real expression of the last herbs of the season. in late autumn 2023 We picked and dried sage, fennel, cola, curry leaf and bay leaves, from each of our gardens and steeped them in beer from a single barrel filled in April 2023.

With a unique aroma of sage, lemon pith and savoury spice, this beer brings layers of complexity with each sip. The flavours of each herb unfold individually and then meld to bring a fascinating combination of tart, intriguing, umami flavour.
