Elderflower is such a quintessential and nostalgic aroma and flavour. From its sweet scent on warm, early summer walks to freshly popped homemade elderflower champagne, it really takes us back and puts a smile on our faces.

We chose beer from a single barrel brewed in March 2022 to steep the freshly picked flowers. You'll find effervescent burst of elderflower champagne, notes of red apple, lemon peel and meadowsweet with a finish saturated in delicate floral softness.
