A single barrel of beer was macerated with both freckled chestnut and lion's mane mushrooms for two weeks before packaging.

You'll find umami aplenty alongside some beautiful fruity aromas from the base beer. There's earthy funk which plays against the complex nuttiness and savoury depth. There is a delicate sweetness which melds with refreshing acidity for a clean, long finish.

Only 86 bottles of this beer exist. Once they're gone, they're gone!
