For our third birthday in June 2024, we offered a peek behind the curtain and a chance to blend the first of our annual Birthday Blends. We were joined by a wonderful group of folk for the day and we journeyed through barrels, hops and the blending process to come up with this beer. 

Dry hopped with Bramling Cross Leaf as well as Bramling Cross and Admiral pellets, you'll find a soft carbonation with aromas and flavours of toast and marmalade with subtle, malty golden syrup, dried straw and orange peel. The finish is dry with blackcurrant and resinous fullness.
