This beer is a real expression of the last herbs of the season. In late autumn 2023 we picked and dried sage, fennel, cola, curry leaf and bay leaves, from each of our gardens and steeped them in beer from a single barrel filled in April 2023.

With a unique aroma of sage, lemon pith and savoury spice, this beer brings layers of complexity with each sip. The flavours of each herb unfold individually and then meld to bring a fascinating combination of tart, intriguing, umami flavour.
