On Saturday the 13th of December we'll be welcoming two guest producers for an afternoon of tastings in the barrel store. Andy from Dolphin Brewery just outside Reading in Berkshire and Sam from Nightingale Cider in Tenterden in Kent will join us to share their stories alongside some stunning beers and ciders.

Dolphin Brewery - 1pm tasting - 5 beers - £20

Dolphin are a small-batch brewery owned and run by Andy and Laura. They draw inspiration from the seasons and the cyclical offerings from fruit growers and foraging. Andy will be showcasing five beers with a focus on winter. Showcasing winter produce and some more vibrant offerings to warm the cockles during the winter months, he'll take us on a journey through varied but cohesive and beautifully balanced beers.

Nightingale Cider - 3pm tasting - 5 ciders - £20

Nightingale have been releasing cider since 2017. Produced from fruit grown, picked and pressed on the family farm in Tenterden, they have a focus on maintaining the hand made, natural process of cider making through minimal intervention and ensuring that each cider is given the care it deserves to bring the best out of the fruit. Sam has been making cider since 2009 and will be showcasing the diversity of the humble apple with a selection of single variety, blended and barrel aged ciders for your delectation.
